The primary aim of these programs is to empower teenagers and young adults by providing them with essential knowledge in several key areas. This includes fostering self-awareness and self-discovery, guiding them in making informed career choices, and upon making such choices, helping them position themselves effectively for success. This is especially important in the face of high unemployment rates resulting from scarcity of job opportunities.
